Support and Advice

Life can become extremely busy and hectic during the time leading up to Christmas.

If you are a Parent or Carer with a child who attends our school and may feel you require extra help with food supplies, please speak to our school office or Mrs Baker in confidence and we will be able to help.

Flyer for parent/carer support.

At Gwladys Street Community Primary and Nursery School, we are always here to support and advise.

If you have a concern about your child's behaviour or learning or any other issues, we advise that you speak to your child's class teacher initially.

If you feel that the problem has not been resolved, you can then speak to Mrs Gallagher-Baker (EYFS & KS1) or Mr Moore (KS2) who will look into the matter for you.

Finally, you can speak to the office for an appointment to speak to Miss Booth (Headteacher) or Mrs Berry (Deputy Head).

We are very fortunate here to have two fantastic learning mentors, who you can also see for advise and support around you and your family.  Please ask to speak to Mrs Riding and/or Mrs Baker.

Email Miss Booth your suggestions

Every year we send out a parent/carer questionnaire to find out your views to help us provide a better service to improve the educational and social and emotional needs of your children.

However, we are always looking to improve throughout the year, so please email the school office with any suggestions for the attention of Miss Booth (Headteacher) and these ideas will be discussed during Senior Leader Meetings.
