Welcome to 6R
Welcome back to school and to our class page. Mr Rigby and Mrs Sinclair are very excited to be working with you in your final year at Gwladys Street Community Primary and Nursery School and we have planned some extremely exciting events. This page is your first 'port of call' for up-to-date and the most relevant information for Year 6. Here you will also find homework tasks and letters which we send out week by week, in their relevant folders.
Attendance and Punctuality
Gwladys wants us to achieve
Attendance and Punctuality is always important, but in year 6 missing a couple of lessons can be hard to catch up on. Lessons start promptly and activities are ready for the children from 8.50 am to warm up our brains. Please ensure you attend every day and if you have any issues speak to Miss Krogh, our Attendance officer. We enjoy celebrating good attendance as a class, so remember, 'Every Second, of Every Day Counts'.
